Absolutely great hotel with modern rooms. Central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV in the room, marvellous and incredible location. The very nice and excellent staff all round.

Amazing views from the terrace
Riccardo. The rooftop terrace was a frequent hangout, and the breakfast-especially the local jams-was a treat! The picturesque streets of Monopoli were just a stroll away.
While everything else was very nice, the steep stairs were a workout and might be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. That said, the beauty of the B&B made up for it.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of products. The room was nice styled, with a modern decor and a mini-fridge-bar, climate control and a private safe for my comfort. That hotel was in an incredible and amazing location, to Portavecchia beach.

The architecture exudes charm, with steep, picturesque stairs that add to the traditional vibe, keeping in mind that navigating them with baggage is a workout. The rooftop terrace offers amazing views.
While the larger ground floor room is beautifully decorated and spacious, it lacks a balcony and natural light, which might not appeal to those seeking an outdoor escape. The steep stairs can be quite tedious, especially for anyone with mobility issues, which could limit accessibility during your stay.

I enjoyed the beautiful large double room. The location is superb, just around the corner from the public beach and within easy reach of local bars and restaurants. Breakfast was a highlight. Homemade orange juice and the best capocollo paired perfectly with freshly baked pastries. Riccardo's warm hospitality made mornings special, greeting everyone with a smile and ensuring we had everything we needed. The rooftop terrace offered fine views of the beach, a great spot to unwind. The steep stairs can be a challenge, especially with luggage. We appreciated being on the first floor, but it might be an issue for those staying higher up. All in all, an enjoyable stay with a few minor inconveniences.

We loved the beautiful decor and cleanliness of our spacious room, while the breakfast was a highlight, especially the orange cake. The only downside was the steep stairs, which can be a bit of a workout with luggage.
